It was very cloudy and overcast when I
arrived, but it
didn't rain and the skies cleared later in the afternoon.
All decked out in Red, White and Blue
bunting she looked ready for recommissioning!
A steady stream of visitors made their way
onboard
all morning to participate in the opening ceremonies.
